You will be able to change the association between a domain and a user by going into 'Manage' > 'Domains in your Account' and then edit the appropriate domain and change the user.

From time to time, you may need so show some messages to users who or logged in or for everyone browsing the website. You can do this simply by going to 'Settings' > 'Manage Website Announcements'. There you will have option to create messages (Announcements) to show on the member home page or below the navigation on all pages.
